Welcome to Oakleigh Family Hub Contact Centre – A Place Where Families Reconnect

At Oakleigh, we provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where families can rebuild and maintain important relationships. As a Church-based family contact centre, we are proud to be an NACCC Enhanced Accredited Centre, offering both supervised and supported contact services tailored to the unique needs of each family.

Working in partnership with local authorities, CAFCASS, legal professionals, and other agencies—as well as directly with families—we are committed to providing compassionate, child-focused support throughout every stage of the contact process. Whether you’re seeking a trusted space for contact arrangements or professional collaboration, you can count on our experienced and caring team.

Let us help you take the next step toward stronger family connections.

“Compassionate, child-focussed support…”

At the heart of our contact centre is a passionate and experienced team, united by a shared commitment to supporting families and creating a safe, nurturing space for meaningful contact.

Our staff brings together a rich blend of professional expertise—including social workers, therapists, foster carers, school teachers, safeguarding specialists, and mental health professionals. This multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure that every family we support receives tailored, holistic care that meets their individual needs.

Alongside our core team, we are proud to be supported by a wonderful group of NACCC-certified volunteers who contribute their time and warmth to our community. Whether assisting in our welcoming café area or supporting some of our contact sessions, our volunteers play a vital role in helping families feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

Together, we are more than just a team—we are a compassionate community dedicated to helping families reconnect and thrive.
